The Feldenkrais Method is a way to learn more about movement. We study how the body is designed to move. This includes what options there are for coordinating among the parts. Next we explore how you move -- what options you have chosen -- and what other options you may have. It is a type of training in choices and awareness. It can help you feel less pain, more limber, more aware and more alive. Maureen has been teaching since 1990.
