What is your primary product or service?
Fine French Cuisine with Basque specialties and an award-winning wine list (Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast)
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Growing up in Paris and Alsace, I was raised with fabulous French cuisine and wine. My uncle owned a vineyard in Alsace and, in my youth, I helped with the vendage. In the United States, my first job in the industry was with the famed Jean-Louis Palladin at The Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only Fine Dining French restaurant in Alexandria. We offer classic cuisine and an extensive wine list in an elegant, historic warehouse setting in the Old Town district. Customers can actually hear each other talk.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location with no plans to expand

in Old Town Alexandria, one block from the Torpedo Factory and the Potomac River, one and a half blocks from King Street on North Lee Street between Cameron and Queen Streets
